Minced Lamb & Orzo
I sincerely hope you would share the same passion as me!Orzo is an Italian pasta, shaped like a long grain rice.
Common variety of orzo is made with semolina flour. Distinctive by its slight yellow tint.
Orzo can be enjoyed hot or cold. Eaten on its own or in salads, soups and stews.
Also accompanied with sauces, like pesto, minced meat and tomato.
I have prepared the orzo with minced lamb.
