Chocolate & Dates Cupcakes

Ingredient
  • 370gm Self-Raising Flour
  • 250gm Dates, pitted & chopped

  • 3 Eggs

  • 135gm Brown Sugar

  • 135gm Butter, Softened

  • 100gm Chocolate Chips

  • Cupcake Tray

  • 12 Cupcake Cases

Step No 1

Whisk the butter and sugar together, until light and fluffy.

Step No 2

Add the eggs one at a time.  Continue whisking to combine.

Step No 3

Sprinkle all the flour a spoon at a time and carry on whisking until smooth.

Step No 4

Add the chocolate chips.

Step No 5

Finally add the chopped dates.

Step No 6

Mix well.

Step No 7

Spoon the mixture into the cases ¾ full.

Step No 8

Bake in a preheated oven at 160C Fan, for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

Step No 9

Ready to Serve.
