My love for Italy is not just visiting the lovely historic country, but also enjoying the authentic cuisines. One of them being an antipasto (starter) Caprese. It is a simple salad, made of sliced fresh mozzarella cheese and tomatoes topped with basil leaves and olive oil. It features the colours of the Italian Flag.
